We are a professionally run home management company who look after both Short Term Rental homes and Owner Holiday homes in the Davenport/US 27 area in Orlando.We pride ourselves on running an efficient small business which continually returns great results and feedback from both our homeowners and guests, we don’t want to loose the personnel touch like most other Management Companies in the area have done which is always to the detriment of the Homeowners and there properties.

We achieve most of our Home rental bookings through our own business marketing management which in turn achieves a higher return to our Homeowner which is always our priority.

Property Care

Westridge Management employs a dedicated in-house property care team comprised of professional housekeepers, pool cleaners, inspectors, landscapers and field service technicians. All of them share the common goal of protecting your investment. Furthermore, we keep your home in perfect order for you, your family and your rental guests.

As a result of this approach we continually deliver a top class experience to our clients.

  • Regular housekeeping and cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, linen replenishment)
  • Home inspection before and after each guest stay.
  • Regular and inclusive home maintenance (light bulbs, smoke detector batteries, annual AC service, AC filter replacement).
  • Exterior pressure washing and pool area cleaning.
  • Landscaping, irrigation and tree trimming where require.
  • Pool servicing by CPO Certified Pool Tech.
  • Pest control.
  • Licensed & Insured contractor services when needed.

Utility Management

Westridge Management provides comprehensive property management services, including the management of utilities, licenses and other costs associated with running your home.
All expenses paid are shown on your detailed monthly statement, so you know exactly where your money is going, we deal with the day-to-day responsibilities of operating your investment home, so that you don’t have to worry.

Marketing

It is our mission to maximise your return-on-investment, ensure your property enjoys maximum possible exposure and bring travellers to your vacation rental on a consistent basis, It’s an integral part of our business. We accomplish this via a multi-channel marketing approach which includes:
